MOAS - A PASCH SCHOOL

Mother of Apostles Seminary: Shaping Global Minds as a PASCH School

The Mother of Apostles Seminary (MOAS) stands as a beacon of academic and spiritual excellence, now proudly recognized as part of the PASCH initiative. As a PASCH school, MOAS has joined a global network of institutions that promote the study of the German language and foster cultural exchange, equipping students with skills for success in an interconnected world.

What is PASCH?

The PASCH initiative (Schools: Partners for the Future) was launched the German Federal Foreign Office in cooperation with the Goethe-Institut and other organizations. This initiative connects more than 2,000 schools worldwide, all dedicated to providing quality German language education and strengthening cross-cultural ties. Through PASCH, MOAS has integrated German language studies into its curriculum, offering students not just a language, but a bridge to opportunities in education, culture, and careers globally.

MOAS as a Center for Language and Cultural Exchange

  • Introducing German Language Learning:

Students are provided with structured German courses taught qualified educators, enabling them to acquire linguistic proficiency that opens doors to international study programs, exchange opportunities, and future careers. Our students also get an opportunity to do Germany exams and get language certificates as well as getting learning materials.

  • Promoting Cultural Understanding:

PASCH fosters global awareness and intercultural competence, encouraging students to appreciate diverse perspectives while maintaining their own identity and values. Our students have the opportunity to take part in Germany cultural festivals annually.

  • Access to Scholarships and Opportunities:

MOAS students benefit from PASCH-sponsored programs such as scholarships to study in Germany or participate in educational seminars and international student exchanges. Our top students in German language every year get an opportunity to visit Germany for 2-3 weeks and interact with students from other countries

  • Strengthening Academic Excellence:

By combining the strong spiritual and academic foundation of MOAS with the PASCH initiative, students are empowered to become well-rounded individuals capable of contributing to society on a global scale.

Benefits for MOAS Students

The partnership with PASCH brings significant advantages to MOAS students:

  • German Proficiency:

Opens pathways to German universities and scholarships. Many students from MOAS have had an opportunity to study in Germany and even work.

MOAS students have an opportunities to connect with students and educators worldwide.

  • Career Growth:

Through the PASCH initiative, MOAS students have gained skills that have enhanced them to be employed in international fields such as education, theology and technology.

The seminarians impressed both judges and audiences alike, securing 3rd Position Overall among all participating schools — a testament to the dedication and preparation of both students and staff.
